My Story
As a mother of three boys, two of whom were diagnosed with ADHD, Heidi intimately understands the daily struggles that accompany navigating life with this condition. She has witnessed her sons grapple with the demands of studies, assignments, and the need to preserve their self-esteem while coping with disorganization, time management issues, shifting priorities, and procrastination.

However, it was only when Heidi received her own ADHD diagnosis that she uncovered the remarkable strengths and advantages that ADHD can bestow. Now, as a coach specializing in guiding young adults and university students with ADHD, Heidi is on a dedicated mission to empower her clients. She strives to help them unearth their unique strengths and harness these qualities to cultivate a more seamless life journey.

Heidi seeing her sons struggle through college, prompted a search for solutions that led her to discover the transformative power of ADHD coaching. Recognizing the crucial role this support played in managing college life—balancing social interactions, mastering time management, and alleviating anxiety—Heidi found the missing link that helped her sons thrive.

Having experienced her own challenges in college due to undiagnosed ADHD, Heidi brings a profound understanding and empathy to her coaching practice. Her own journey of self-discovery following her diagnosis has fueled her passion to guide others, ensuring that ADHD need not be a hindrance but a gateway to growth, self-awareness, and utilizing individual strengths.

Residing in a vibrant college town at Indiana University, Heidi witnesses firsthand the struggles of students transitioning from structured high school environments to the unbounded realm of university life. It's here that she's committed to bridging the gap and providing the necessary support for ADHD students, believing that with guidance and strategies, college can be an enriching experience for everyone.
